I get the meaning of that image fully.
So do I !!! I do not go the V.A. hospital for anything because they suck and my son is on our medical insurance until he turns 25 and getting better care from my doctor's group for his PTSD than he was at the V.A.
I had somewhere around $20,00.00 in a savings account, and was told I had too much money and was rejected for admission. Supposedly that has been changed now. I didn't pursue it any further, and at this point, I'm glad that I did. The VA service for veterans sucks!!
VA care may not be up to par for care. However I would encourage anyone with a service connected disability to pursue it fully. Get your disability benefit resolved and decide from there where you want to get care.
I use the VA. The one here in Orlando has vastly improve the care quality. Making sure you have your follow-ups schedule. My dermatologist requires me to see him, every 4 months. My PC doctor requires me, to follow-up with her, every 4 months. It was not always that way with my PC doctor.
I use the VA you have to be forthright about your needs if you run into problems go see patient rep
Exactly.
