Great idea.
Never happen though.
The Democrat mantra is "Good is bad, bad is good."
And once the Democrats completely remove God from government, that's the way it will be.

Congress had the opportunity to eliminate the cuts to veterans with an amendment to require a social security number to receive the child credit benefit. It is in the billions yearly that go to the child benefit recipients with no social security number and congress would not allow the amendment. I forgot the details on how it was not allowed.
