The electors that the republicans filed in a michigan for example are not legal. Pence can't over turn the election.

The electors over 300 were certified by election official in the 50 states.   Biden was selected. The bogus claims have been shot down over 50 times. The legal electors are for the winner of the proven state. The fiction is over. The election is over. The republicans legally can't say they won a state and select illegal electors.

I don't know about other states, but in NM it's a 4th degree felony to select electors for a candidate that didn't win.
