How do I "adhere"? I'm not anti-gay and didn't care one way or the other if gays ccould marry...other than semantics, since "marriage" is a religious ceremony. I had no problems with civil unions. I also don't think the govt. has any right to be in the marriage business to begin with. One of my best friends is gay, my brother-in-law's brother and I used to roughneck with him.   He doesn't lisp when he talks or mince when he walks, but he DOES like musicals and is excessively neat and tidy.
