Granted, this revelation was in early March of this year but, around the end of March it was announced that the coast guard actually 'avoided' these cuts. I'm still not sure on exactly how they managed to do it but, that's what's reported. Still, the idea of drastically cutting the means of how you'd be efficiently protected, especially with all the provocation he deals out, is almost unreal! Hell, take away the guns of those fighting on the front line in Afghanistan, will ya!!!!!
