They passed their final bill on to the Senate, and they're going to cause the shutdown ( SENATE ) not the House...!

Senate democrats shut down the government to save their government funded insurance for themselves and to deny the American people a one year delay.

The healthcare bill has already passed and is already funded. Shutting down the government will not stop its implementation. It goes into effect as scheduled tomorrow.

True but many who do not have insurance could not afford insurance to begin with. Under the exchange policies some form of insurance premium is paid and maybe the rest subsidized. Different policy levels have different co-pays which can be costly.
A policy holder is still going to pay a fair sum for preventative care.

The longer it stays shut down the better people will realize they are just fine without the federal bureaucracy breathing down their necks at least the working Americans will notice, federal workers are over rated paid and pensioned at our expense. keep it shut down.

We're money ahead when they stay home.
Harry(Lady-Voice)Reid shut it down rather than accept Obamacare for him and the rest of Congress.
Man, Obamacare must be really bad if he'd rather shut down the government than have it for his family.

The whole thing hinges on young healthy people rushing out to sign up for insurance they don't need or want.
