"Scranton has had financial troubles for a couple of decades" but
"Scranton's public workers received a few days' warning this was coming."

Anyone else see the conflict between these two statements?

It's happening all across the country, greedy unions refusing to be reasonable, killing the goose that lays the golden egg so to speak. Pure unnecessary greed.

the ridge runner AGAIN displaying his jealousy of others that have always made more than the minimum wage that he has always earned in Holler Country where he resides and works.

yep,when i was in the navy yards in philly,they seemed pretty smart people in pa.,i worked with civilian welders,etc..
