Insanity. The last year was ridiculous. Notice around D.C.?

What a neat graphic. They lie. Here they say it's now around 13% but it's really more like 25% and often is due to the number of unemployed farm workers here. Oh yeah, and they recently cut off the water to farms!

Thanks Jarasan! We need factories back everywhere to create private sector work.

Thanks TigerAngel! Graphic's amazing and frightening at the same time. 25% sounds about right due to people having stopped searching for work, also unemployment totally run out. Those drop through the cracks and are conveniently omitted in government figures.

Must be hardly anyone lives in some North Dakota counties there. There are a few other sparsely populated counties in there too.

Thanks JAP! Great observation, hadn't thought of that.

Pretty impressive when presented graphically. And these are govt. figures which are about as reliable as IPCC data.

For a little excitement first thing this morning I checked the population of the county on the lower left side of North Dakota. Not very well populated at all. Must not be a large work force taking into consideration non working spouses and children.

Thanks Rick! You're probably correct on that observation.
