Let's try it again. So what's Kamala got to offer?

The reason we had high unemployment is because just about the entire countries businesses were shut down due to the pandemic. Is that so hard to understand? If Hillary would have won and then we had the pandemic the high unemployment would have been her fault then right?
By the way, the unemplotment right now is 4.1%. Feb 2020 before the pandemic it was 3.5%.
