excerpt:
Such "reforms" would effectively end private retirement accounts in America, Crone warns. "These people want the government to require that ultimately all Americans buy these government annuities instead of saving or investing on their own. The Government could then take these trillions of dollars and redistribute it through this new national retirement system."
excerpt:
"This scheme mirrors what I expect the President will try to do with Social Security. He wants to turn that program into a welfare program, too."

Comments:
Told ya that is what he was going to do with social security.

Hope many liberals lose their IRAs, 401 Ks, their pension plans.
Gonna put it all into one big pot and distribute it equally.

Any liberal voters have second thoughts now on how they voted?
Maybe this idea excites you so much it runs a tingle up your leg a makes you anal spincher muscles contract.
Love that concept NATIONAL Bama Boy? Does it make you feel grand? National Health now National Retirement? , I don't even think Cuba has this backward thinking infrastructure! How about tackling the NATIONAL DEBT?
Be alert. It's going to be a tough 4 years.
Keep in mind the article is a couple years old. They've been at this for a while.
We've been prepared for this for awhile, they bring this up again and watch the markets crash, or is that what they really want, Soros, makes a pretty penny when currencies are destroyed, thats what he does.
Go back to what Ronald Reagan said about social security in his 1984 speech and you'll get an understanding of what's REALLY going on here. In this regard, I agree with Reagan and see his point(s)

People are so quick to forget that history holds lots of keys to unlock the problems of today. I admire certain aspects of what a few (R) leaders had to say back then. We have to go back and retrieve the fundamental values of making the economy work. When's the last time we had a SURPLUS, very, very low unemployment, and very little deficit? It was under the Clinton Administration and tax rates. Numbers never lie and the world was doing very well.
