The only time the deficit has gone down in the history of our nation has been when there were Democratic Presidents in office. It has only happened two times, while President Clinton was in office and since President Obama has been in office. The worse President in history has been Bush. He fought a war that he didn't need to start and didn't even pay for and that's why we are in the mess we are in. You can call our President names and blame him for the mess we're in, but he has done miracles with the mess he inherited. I commend him for it!
