The Taliban and Al Qaeda could learn from the Democrats.
Put everybody on welfare so nobody has any self-worth, pride, dignity or self-respect and eventually they'll create a vast ghetto and start killing each other.
And the good news with this Democrat system is that they'll keep voting for you as long as you keep the free stuff coming and keep telling them that the other side hates them.

Detroit is #1. Others are St. Louis, Flint, Oakland, Camden, Birmingham, North Charleston, Memphis; Richmond, Cleveland.
