Former United States Attorney General, Michael Mukasey, tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton's private email server illegal, it "disqualifies" her from holding any federal office; such as, say, President of the United States. Very specifically he points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.

For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here's what it says:

“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

Yes, it explicitly states "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

Shouldn't voters know that? The media won't tell them…

Assassination Of Top US Democratic Party Official Leads To FBI Capture Of Clinton “Hit Team” Details Top News 15 July 2016

A somber Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today says that a top American Democratic Party staffer preparing to testify against Hillary Clinton was assassinated this past Sunday during a secret meeting in Washington D.C. he believed he was having with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents, but who turned out, instead, to be a “hit team”—and who, in turn, were captured yesterday after a running gun battle with US federal police forces just blocks from the White House. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, SVR “electronic specialists” performing counter intelligence “missions/operations” noted on 7 July an “enormous/gigantic” increase of computer and telephonic traffic between the Democratic National Committee (DNC) headquarters in Washington D.C. and the Clinton Foundation (CF) offices in New York City.

Upon a “deeper/broader” investigation into this “odd/strange” increase in communications between these believed to be separate organizations, this report continues, SVR analysts determined that the original initiating person responsible was a 27-year-old DNC official named Seth Rich who was that political organizations Deputy Director Data for Voter Protection/Expansion who had helped develop a computer program for the Democratic National Committee allowing people to type in their address and get a map to their polling place.

What had drawn the concern of DNC official Seth Rich causing him to contact the Clinton Foundation, this report explains, was his discovery of a “pay-to-play” scheme that involved people seeking jobs with a new Hillary Clinton presidential administration to funnel money to the Clinton’s through their foundation with various US federal government positions being designated by the dollar amount it would cost to buy them.

As the “cash for favors” lifestyle of both former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton have long been known about, this report continues, SVR analysts, while preparing to document the results of their 7 July probe into the Clinton Foundation concerns of DNC official Seth Rich, became alarmed when they discovered that his “micro computer system” (cell phone?) had become “infected/virused” by “killers/assassins” working for the Clinton’s—and who the SVR had previously documented as being involved in the assassination of the husband of the State of Georgia prosecutor investigating Bill Clinton for child sex crimes and the murder of American pop singer Christina Grimmie and massacre of nearly 50 gay pride celebrants.

Fearing that the life of DNC official Seth Rich was in danger due to his being “tracked/targeted” by this known Clinton “hit team”, this report says, SVR Director Mikhail Fradkov authorized an emergency contact between his agency and the US State Department—but, and shockingly, when Russian diplomats presented the SVR findings to US authorities, on 7 July, they were immediately expelled from the United States.

Causing even greater perplexity to the SVR about these events, this report continues, was that in expelling these Russian diplomats from the United States, the US State Department thanked Russia for the information stating that it would be “taken care of”, and then formally requested that the matter remain secret.

However, less than 24 hour later, this report notes, the Washington Post wrote a “made up story” about what had actually happened causing Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov to publically state: “I can confirm that […] the US government did demand the departure of two employees of the Russian Embassy in Washington DC without presenting any complaints to the employees themselves. Furthermore, the State Department strongly asked us not to make this fact public. As you can see, it is customary for American diplomats to keep their word.”

Three days later, this report grimly states, SVR fears that the life of DNC official Seth Rich was in danger proved true when, on 10 July, he was gunned down in Washington D.C. at approximately 4:19 am.

According to the official US police report of DNC official Seth Rich’s murder, this report explains, it says: “Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the 2100 block of Flagler Place, Northwest on Sunday, July 10, 2016. At approximately 4:19 am, members of the Fifth District were patrolling the area when they heard gunshots. Upon arrival on the scene, members located an adult male victim conscious and breathing, and suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.”

This SVR report, though, says that DNC official Seth Rich was “lured/enticed” to his murder by this Clinton “hit team” who portrayed themselves as FBI agents wanting to secretly interview him—and that the expelled Russian diplomats had given the US State Department “electronic access” to so that they could be found.

Curiously, this report continues, US authorities, and while being able to track this Clinton “hit team” since 7 July, only confronted these assassins yesterday—and who before being captured, engaged in a gun battle with US federal police forces firing their fully automatic weapons before being trapped and surrendering just blocks from the US Capitol and White House.

SVR intelligence analysts contributing to this report speculate that this latest assassination ordered by the Clinton’s has enraged FBI Director James Comey who barely a week ago allowed Hillary Clinton to walk free from her many crimes committed against her own government and people—and that he had no choice to do because of his own involvement with the Clinton Foundation while he was the director of the notorious HSBC money laundering bank that funneled hundreds-of-millions of dollars to the Clinton’s.

To what FBI Director Comey will now allow to happen to this Clinton “hit team” who assassinated DNC official Seth Rich this report doesn’t speculate upon—but it does conclude with a presentation of the many stunning facts regarding the Clinton Foundation that shows it to be nothing more than a “Clinton slush fund” that violated an agreement Hillary Clinton signed with Obama regime in her failing to report millions of dollars given to it by foreign governments, has over 300,000 contributors, and that the prestigious Charity Navigator organization refuses to even acknowledge it helps anyone but the Clinton’s themselves.

Move along, that’s it, nothing to see here, it’s over. That is what progressive socialists accept when it’s one of their own.

So we have four Americans who were abandoned to die and the episode was lied about. We know that is fact, but hey, “what difference at this point does it make?” We know U.S. national security was placed in harm’s way because someone just didn’t believe it was any of your business — and lied about it. There are consequences for others, but not so in this case, so what makes this case so different? Why is it that for everyone else the terms “negligence” and “gross negligence” are appropriate…but this time there was a shift in lexicon — “extremely careless” — which is the definition of negligence.

You see, Al Sharpton can owe massive back taxes, but still go to the White House, countless times. A government agency, the IRS, can target every day American citizens, and no one seems to know what happened.

And now we clearly know you can leave Americans to die, lie about it, and guess what? No one cares – that’s the message disseminated by the complicit liberal progressive mainstream media. And then the question arises, why are people angry? Well here’s your answer, as reported by Fox News:

“The investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server will be closed with no criminal charges, Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced Wednesday. Lynch said in a statement she had accepted the FBI’s recommendation that no charges should be brought against Clinton.

“Late this afternoon, I met with FBI Director James Comey and career prosecutors and agents who conducted the investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email system during her time as Secretary of State,” she said. “I received and accepted their unanimous recommendation that the thorough, year-long investigation be closed and that no charges be brought against any individuals within the scope of the investigation,” the statement continued.

At a minimum, Hillary Clinton and every member of her team should have their ability to ever hold a security clearance revoked. FBI Director James Comey and Attorney General Loretta Lynch should step down — they are clearly compromised and no longer represent blind justice.

This represents something rather interesting for America. In our 240 years of existence, we’ve gone from the first president, George Washington, who stated famously, “I cannot tell a lie” to, well — you can finish the thought.

And what is so very disturbing is that in the face of facts, it truly does not matter.

You see, in an America that still held dear simple values like honor, integrity, and character, when Hillary Clinton landed in Charlotte, NC it should have been an empty arena welcoming her and Obama. Today, her campaign offices should have been closed, empty, no one showing up up because regardless of political affiliation, they could not support a liar who had endangered our nation — and done so for strictly personal reasons. No proof of intention? C’mon FBI Director Comey, do you actually think the secretary of state of these United States of America set up a private email server by accident?

Hillary Clinton said she did not send or receive any classified emails — a lie. Hillary Clinton stated that she had permission — that is a lie, the State Department Inspector General report said so. Hillary Clinton never dispatched the requested additional security measures from U.S .Ambassador Stevens, and sadly, we have never heard a complaint from his family. I guess political affiliation is more important to them than their own loved one, who along with Sean Smith died a horrific death.

What manner of people have we become in America that such abhorrent behavior is not just dismissed, but is widely accepted and embraced. Who are the people that line up to take a “selfie” with the person who said they landed “under sniper fire” in Bosnia, when there was a young girl waiting to give flowers? What type of deranged mind would say such a falsehood, utterly disrespectful to those who’ve been pinned down under enemy sniper fire?

So now we have the House GOP who wants to hold hearings: let me make myself clear, please DON’T. We don’t need another bungled spectacle from the group that has allowed such wanton disregard of the rule of law, when America gave them their biggest majorities post World War II.

Cancel any hearings you may want to hold and let us, the American patriots, take this situation. What the GOP needs to do is simple: brand every Democrat out there, at every level, as complicit liars in the abandonment and deaths of Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Ty Woods, and Glenn Doherty.

Tie every Democrat in the country to the willful and negligent exposing of classified national security information by Hillary Clinton and her acolytes. There is a theme to be understood here, and that the new American Socialist Party, is above the law, and above securing this nation when it comes to their political ideology.

We the people need to exact justice in this matter, and the best way for that to happen is to reject Hillary Clinton and ensure Barack Obama is erased from our history.

Moms and dads, when Hillary Clinton comes on TV or wherever her image is shown, explain to your children that you’re not raising them to be devoid of character…a liar. Explain to them that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama represent that which is the most deplorable — people who would allow others to die for their own personal and political gain.

Explain to your children that these are two individuals who would look into the eyes of family members who’ve lost loved ones, and lie to them.

It’s time for parents to once again teach our children about values. Teach them that leaders sacrifice themselves for others. Teach them about the meaning of selfless service and what it means to be truthful — even in times when your own personal safety, or career, could be on the line. Yep, just like President Obama says, this is a teachable moment.

Sorry, but if you support Hillary Clinton, well, I have no respect for you. As for me, yep, I will be voting against Hillary Clinton. Donald Trump certainly is not my ideal, but something within me says that regardless of his out-of-control rants…he would never abandon Americans to die and lie about it.

I challenge anyone to look me in the eye and tell me that Hillary Clinton isn’t a liar…don’t obfuscate and shift to George W. Bush or anyone else. I’m asking a direct question: is Hillary Clinton a liar?
