Some have written that demoncRATS have plans with calculated costs and that is good because the repubicans have no plans. Think, and think real hard, please tell us what govt. program has ever come at or below budget and estimated cost. You can't, it hasn't happened in over 60 years. Hoover dam ring a bell? Both parties are out of control with spending and taxing the last of us that are working above board.
