The Clinton Foundation  failed to report millions of dollars in donations it received from foreign governments to the IRS, forcing the the foundation to file updated tax returns for at least the last five years.

In addition to the Benghazi coverup, her email scandal and all the rest, Clinton can now add tax return problems reported by Reuters Thursday to her growing list of personal woes and scandals plaguing her presidential campaign.

Foreign donations the Clinton family charitable foundation received have been intensely criticized as bearing an undue influence on her activities as secretary of state — and on the Obama White House’s foreign policy decisions. The Clinton campaign staff has tried brush off the problems off as “absurd conspiracy theories,” according to Reuters, but the problem isn’t going away.

And we’re not talking “rounding errors” here, Reuters reported:

For three years in a row beginning in 2010, the Clinton Foundation reported to the IRS that it received zero in funds from foreign and U.S. governments, a dramatic fall-off from the tens of millions of dollars in foreign government contributions reported in preceding years.

Those entries were errors, according to the foundation: several foreign governments continued to give tens of millions of dollars toward the foundation’s work on climate change and economic development through this three-year period. Those governments were identified on the foundation’s annually updated donor list, along with broad indications of how much each had cumulatively given since they began donating.

The errors appear on the foundation’s IRS form 990s, the return that tax-exempt organizations must file each year with the Internal Revenue Service to maintain their tax-exempt status.

“We are prioritizing an external review to ensure the accuracy of the 990s from 2010, 2011 and 2012 and expect to refile when the review is completed,” Craig Minassian, a foundation spokesman, told Reuters in an email.

The foundation didn’t decide to review its IRS filings until Reuters began making inquiries about the records, and the foundation said it may go back as many as 15 years. Oh no Hillary, say it isn't so.!

Minassian wouldn’t comment about why the foundation neglected to include the foreign government donations on its 990s.

In addition to the three years of 990s the Clinton Foundation is refiling, a separate Clinton charity, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, is refiling at least two years of returns.

Although tax experts acknowledge that it isn’t unusual for an organization to file an occasional amended return, they said the scale of the Clinton Foundations corrections is extraordinary.

“I’ve never seen amendment activity like that,” Bruce Hopkins, a Kansas City lawyer specializing in charity law told Reuters.

Attorney and conservative blogger Gabriel Malor tweeted:

It appears William Safire, the late author, columnist and journalist, had Clinton pegged a long time ago when, in a 1996 New York Times column, he referred to her as a “congenital liar.”

Every new scandal that erupts seems to bear him out.

Conclusion

While it is clear that Hillary Clinton is currently the Democrat’s best shot at the presidency in 2016, it says a lot about the Democrats when their potential candidate has been involved in as many scandals as Hillary. With this in mind, it is conceivable that these scandals could potentially even cost her the Democratic nomination for the presidency in 2016, if her peers decide to hammer her on the many nefarious incidents that she has been involved in. In light of these scandals, it is impossible to dispute that Hillary has a consistent tendency to lie, aide political allies, and mismanage crises. Such tendencies may very well cost Clinton the presidency in 2016, but it will be through no one’s fault but her own.

President Barack Obama has often supported the Islamic faith. He believes Islma has played a major role in the history of America.

We all know that Muslims played no role in the founding of this great nation, but well this is another story!

Since Obama’s speech in Cairo an “open letter” have been surfing the web condemning Obama and his Muslim agenda.

Scott Lees (a high school lacrosse coach) was forced to resign his position at the Fryeburg Academy in New Hampshire, because he shared that letter on his Facebook profile.

“I just thought it was an interesting article,” Lees said, noting that none of his students interacted with the post. “It’s not like it went viral,” he explained. “It’s not like everyone and their brother saw it.”

According to Western Journalism, Lees was informed by the school that he would be terminated from his position. Instead, he offered his resignation, in order to keep the potential dismissal from following him on his quest for another job.

Here is the open letter that essentially got this coach fired from his job:

“Dear Mr. Obama:

“Have you ever seen a Muslim hospital?

“Have you heard a Muslim orchestra?

“Have you seen a Muslim band march in a parade?

“Have you witnessed a Muslim charity?

“Have you seen Muslims shak[ing] hands with Muslim Girl Scouts?

“Have you seen a Muslim Candy Striper?

“Have you seen a Muslim do anything that contributes positively to the American way of life????

“The answer is no, you have not. Just ask yourself WHY???

“Were those Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims first landed? Funny, I thought they were Native American Indians.

“Were those Muslims that celebrated the first Thanksgiving day? Sorry again, those were Pilgrims and Native American Indians.

“Can you show me one Muslim signature on the United States Constitution? Declaration of Independence? Bill of Rights? Didn’t think so.

“Did Muslims fight for this country’s freedom from England? No.

“Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America? No, they did not. In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery. Your own half-brother, a devout Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black Muslims as “pug nosed slaves.” Says a lot of what the Muslim world really thinks of your family’s “rich Islamic heritage,” doesn’t it Mr. Obama?

“Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country? Not present. There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin Luther King, Jr. or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights.

“Where were Muslims during this country’s Woman’s Suffrage era? Again, not present. In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are subservient to men in the Islamic culture. So much so, that often they are beaten for not wearing the ‘hajib’ or for talking to a man who is not a direct family member or their husband. Yep, the Muslims are all for women’s rights, aren’t they?

“Where were Muslims during World War II? They were aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops and accepted support from the Nazis in killing Jews.

“Finally, Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001? If they weren’t flying planes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle East.

“No one can dispute the pictures shown from all parts of the Muslim world celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other cable news networks that day. Strangely, the very “moderate” Muslims who’s asses you bent over backwards to kiss in Cairo, Egypt on June 4th were stone cold silent post 9-11. To many Americans, their silence has meant approval for the acts of that day.

“And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the “rich heritage” Muslims have here in America…

“Oh, I’m sorry, I forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates. They were Muslims.

“And now we can add November 5, 2009 – the slaughter of American soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major, a doctor and a psychiatrist, who was supposed to be counseling soldiers returning from battle in Iraq and Afghanistan.

“That, Mr. Obama is the “Muslim heritage” in America!

“P.S. Now, you can add the Boston Marathon bombings, too…”

Kathleen Willey, the former White House aide who accused President Clinton on national television of sexually assaulting her during his first term in office, said she expects a “scandal a day” from Hillary Clinton during her 2016 presidential campaign.

Clinton announced her bid for the White House Sunday in a long-expected, anti-climactic video and social media blitz, notably missing a personal appearance by the candidate herself.

“I haven’t seen one single accomplishment that would give her the credentials to be president of the United States,” Willey said in an interview Sunday with Aaron Klein’s Investigative Radio.

Remarking on Clinton’s championing of women’s causes, Willey said, “Well, that’s a joke, if that’s her one credential for running for president, then why don’t I run? I’m a woman. It makes absolutely no sense.”

“There are a lot more women out there way more qualified for that office than she,” she continued, calling Clinton a “serial liar.”

Willey warned American women to be wary of Clinton’s past.

“Women should pay attention to what she’s done to other women, and not just the women who were unfortunate to cross paths with her husband,” she said.

Asked if the country is ready for another Hillary campaign, given all the scandals in her wake, Willey replied, “Who wants to hear that anymore?  I don’t want to hear that anymore.”

“Their mere presence on the stage is going to guarantee the fact that we’re going to hear one of those scandals every single day of her running for the nomination.

“The thing that boggles my mind is that doesn’t seem to bother her. If she would really look at that, is that really good for this country?

“Nothing embarrasses these people.”

With so much going on in the world, Judge Jeanine Pirro gave two opening statements on last night’s “Justice.”

In her first statement, Judge Jeanine said that Hillary Clinton would not be a good president because she's only out for herself.

"If you think Hillary Clinton, the self-described champion of women and children, cares about you, your kids or anyone else for that matter, you are sorely mistaken," Judge Jeanine said.

"How can we expect that a woman as cold and calculating as you would be a protector of all Americans?" Judge Jeanine asked. "I want a woman president. But not you."

Tomorrow Hillary Clinton "announces" her candidacy for president of the United States. And I want a woman president.

Given our current president and all that we've been through, I want someone who says what she means and means what she says. I want someone who understands and respects the Judeo Christian ethic upon which this country was founded. I want someone who cares about us, someone who cares about the American people.

Hillary Clinton is not that person. She is only out for herself. It's never her fault. It's all about convenience. She didn't know. And in the end, what difference does it make?

If you think Hillary Clinton, the self-described champion of women and children, cares about you, your kids or anyone else for that matter, you are sorely mistaken.

And if you care about children you don't gloat. And you don't laugh about a 41-year-old pedophile charged with first degree rape of a 12-year-old sixth grader.

Take a listen to lawyer Hillary, still with her Arkansas twang, on recently unearthed audio tapes from the mid-80s, talking about that very rapist she represented in 1975, laughing about the fact that her client actually passed a lie detector.

Really funny when a pedophile beats a polygraph, isn't it? Hillary, he destroyed your faith in polygraphs? As in, you knew he was guilty. And by the way, didn't you just violate the attorney client privilege?

But you're so proud of yourself, you gloat on tape that if you can get a particular expert interested in the case, he'll testify so that it comes out the way you want it to come out. And when you get that expert ready to testify the way you want, you tell the prosecutor this:

You're laughing because you know it's not a miscarriage of justice, aren't you? But Hillary, that's not all. You go for the kill, you decide to smear and attack the credibility of a helpless 12-year-old raped by two men, so beaten, so damaged, she ended up in the hospital with her mother at 4 a.m, never able to have children, so damaged she suffered decades of depression, so damaged that at the tender age of 13 she tried to kill herself.

In your papers, Hillary, you say without any proof other than your concoction that the 12-year-old had made up previous attacks, was emotionally unstable, sought out the company of older men and fantasized about it and was from a dysfunctional – or, as you call it, a “disorganized” - family.

You blame the victim and you laugh about it. You take a bow and you laugh that you gamed the system, proudly announcing that you got the rapist two months instead of 30 years to life.

And you want us to believe you're gonna protect us?  Hillary, although some of the files in this case were destroyed, what wasn't destroyed was the victim's memory.  She says that you took her through hell, that she had never been attacked before, that she was a 12 year-old-virgin, that she spent 5 days in a coma and months recovering from the beating the accompanied her rape.

She says that you're a liar. She says that if you become president she fears you won't tell the world the truth.

But in pure Clinton fashion, in your book, "Living History", you talk about this case and how difficult it was for you, torn because of the emotional and ethical issues, and that you set up the Arkansas rape hotline because of it. Interesting though, no mention of that on the tapes, at the time.

And you trumpet yourself as a crusader, saying that you've had to use your voice to tell stories that wouldn't be heard unless you told them.

What's that, Hillary? Your job was to represent a defendant to the best of your ability? You're right, as a judge I’ve assigned many lawyers to represent the worst of the worst. But it's totally another thing to laugh about gaming the system, to laugh that your client gamed the lie detector, trashing a victim, laughing about a 12-year-old raped by two men.

How can we expect that a woman as cold and calculating as you would be a protector of all Americans? I want a woman president. But not you.

On Monday I got a phone call from a man named Easton Elliott. We talked briefly on Monday, and have had additional telephone conversations since then. Elliott* is a businessman who lives in the Las Vegas area, and he thinks he knows what really happened to Harry Reid. This is the story as he related it to me:

Elliott spent a portion of last New Year’s Eve at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in Henderson, Nevada. His AA group has meetings every hour on New Year’s Eve, along with a pot luck supper. There were approximately 20 people present at the meeting during the events described below.

Some time between 10:00 and 11:30 p.m., a man entered the meeting. His appearance was striking: there was blood on his clothing, beginning around his midsection. His left hand was swollen. He appeared to be somewhat intoxicated and was visibly agitated. He introduced himself as “Larry.”

In a group discussion that was heard by a number of people, Larry said that he had just had a fight with a family member. Larry said he had been at a family get-together, and he didn’t remember much about the fight because he had blacked out. When he came to, he was rolling on the ground, fighting with a family member, and his clothes were bloody. Now, he said, he was frightened that the Secret Service would come after him.

This last reference was not taken seriously by the group, although it was obvious that Larry had indeed been in a fight. Larry stayed for the rest of the meeting, and for a while afterward. There is a front room where coffee is served, and he remained there for a while. At some point during that time, he asked whether anyone could give him a ride to Searchlight.

Larry’s appearance at the AA meeting was memorable, as references to fighting, bloody clothes and so on are extraordinary in that group.

Easton Elliott didn’t think much more about Larry until, several weeks later, he saw a newspaper story about Larry Reid, Harry Reid’s brother, being arrested for DUI and assaulting a highway patrolman. The story was accompanied by a photograph, and Elliott immediately recognized Larry Reid as the “Larry” who had attended the AA meeting on New Year’s Eve. Putting that fact together with news stories about Harry Reid being admitted to a hospital on New Year’s Day, and with Larry’s references to the Secret Service, he concluded that the family member with whom Larry fought was Harry Reid. He also knew that Harry Reid’s home is within a short distance of the location of the AA meeting.

Subsequent to the news story about Larry Reid’s arrest, Elliott discussed with several others who had been present on New Year’s Eve his belief that “Larry” had been Larry Reid. They, too, recognized Larry from the newspaper photograph. One of those who had been present at the AA meeting called Las Vegas’s Channel 8 to tell them about Larry Reid’s account of fighting with a family member, but that person said that whoever he spoke with at the television station told him they were not interested.

That is Easton Elliott’s account. I can’t vouch for it, of course, but if what he says about the AA meeting is accurate, the inferences he draws seem reasonable.

Someone attacked Harry Reid on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day; that much seems clear from photographs and from the nature of his injuries. So far, to my knowledge, no one has investigated to try to find out what really happened. My “investigation” consisted of answering my telephone. Perhaps those reporters who were so eager to dig through Sarah Palin’s dumpster and track down Mitt Romney’s high school classmates will now swing into action, carry out an actual investigation, and either confirm or refute the events described by Mr. Elliott.

Easton says that he is willing to go on radio or television to tell his story. He says, “I’m a citizen who believes in God and feels compelled to do the right thing—tell the truth. Harry Reid could learn a lesson from me in being truthful!” Plus, there are quite a few more witnesses. It shouldn’t be hard to find them, if you are a reporter.
